Our Boarding Process

  • If we have availability we will send you a small questionnaire asking some basic details about your dog (s)
  • We will arrange a meet & greet for you to attend our home. This will give your dog a chance to meet our resident Labrador Maggie and our son. We will also see if we can meet the needs of your dog.
  • Once the meet and greet is complete you can then contact us if you would like to proceed.
  • If your booking is for more than 3 nights we would need to complete a trial night, This is the same cost as 1 overnight stay. A trial is a Doncaster Council license requirement and is to ensure the dog is settled in our home and that you are happy with our boarding service before committing.
  • We would never accept a booking where we feel that we are unable meet the dogs usual needs.
  • The dogs health and safety is our priority so please do not take offense if we are unable to proceed, We are always open and honest, and will put the dogs needs first.
